Return Policy

Due to a limited number of slots, all sales for sessions are final.  Before purchasing your session, please confirm the time and quantity of slots being purchased.  No refunds or returns will be allowed with exception to sessions that are cancelled and for which a credit for a similar session is not feasible. 

 

Exchange Policy

​

With at least 48 hour advance notice, and assuming availability, you  may either: (1) reschedule to another available time slot (this may include a $5/per person fee) OR (2) an in-store credit.

 

Privacy

 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site with access to/collect personal information given by you with explicit, voluntarily consent via email or other direct contact.  We do not distribute, sell or rent this information to anyone.  We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.  Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.   You may opt out of future contacts from us at any time by contacting us via email or phone.  The transmission of personal information entered via the sites’ forms is protected by security features.

Battlefield CQB takes seriously its obligations under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act concerning the collection of personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen (13). The sites are not directed at children, and we request that children under the age of 13 not provide personal information through the sites.

 

Security

We take precautions to protect your information.  Wherever sensitive information (such as credit card data) is collected, that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.  This can be verified by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

 

Limitation Of Liability

Battlefield CQB shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Battlefield CQB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

Typographical errors

In the event a Battlefield CQB product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Battlefield CQB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Battlefield CQB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Battlefield CQB shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Battlefield CQB without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to copyrights, trademark, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification and miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Battlefield CQB may deliver notice to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the site, or by written communication delivered by first class U.S. mail to your address on record in Battlefield CQB account information.

Impersonation of others, including a Battlefield CQB or other licensed employee, host, or representative as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
